The room had recent refurbishment on floor seven. It featured light and airy decor. I noticed decadent marble in the bathroom. A Toto toilet was installed. Room service delivered perfect results. It was very fast. The food was lovely.

I observed that some of the new staff members did not seem as cute. They did not appear to prioritize if you were a longtime guest. This contrasted with previous experiences.
